Even with seven T2 280mm arties and decent gunnery skills and Proton S ammo and a Gyrostabilizer, my alt can't one-shot a Kestrel. Tremor does less damage and Quake has no range. What am I doing wrong?

I think it's fine the way it is, except that I'd speed up destroyers and stealth bombers to keep up with frigates in the "little ship" category. Nanoships should be brought back in line by correcting the overbuff on i-stabs, not by mucking around...
